Use of the Service

- You must not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
Directory Content
Group links and community information are provided for convenience. We do not own or control third-party groups and cannot guarantee availability, quality, or safety. We are not responsible for leaked groups, unauthorized access to third-party groups, or any illegal content shared inside third-party groups.
If you find a group or content that appears unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate, you can report it through the report feature on the website or by emailing support@nomadgroups.wiki.
Payments and Access
If you purchase access, payment is processed by third-party providers (for example, Dodo Payments). Pricing, taxes, and payment terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase.
Access is a digital product delivered instantly. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, but only if you have not yet begun consuming the content — that is, only if you have not opened, viewed, or copied any group link and have not used the Telegram bot. By accessing the directory or using the bot, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to a refund. This 14-day window applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one refund per customer. Refunds are handled by Dodo Payments in accordance with their consumer terms.

The Service may link to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NomadGroups is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
